Headwind first 3+ miles. checked hills: mostly 0.2 - 0.25 miles long each with small downhill or flats between. Most hills are between miles 2 and 3.5. Was a good run. Hit my stride and temp warmed a bit after first three miles (oh yeah- and the hills were done). picked it up a bit while keeping mostly under 180bpm. Did some 20-30 second surges in last mile to keep getting used to pushing hard while tired. Finished well. Felt like I could longer at regular pace.
