2 mile w/u, 2 miles at tempo pace, 2 mile c/d . I'm thinking about going back to my old program. This FIRST program is lacking fun. I believe in it, but I'm not sure I really want to do it. I love hitting my numbers, but I don't like that I have to work like a dog to make it happen. I think I had more joy for running in my other program. I better make up my mind fast though since this training cycle has already started.
