I had THE best run this morning. My perceived exertion never went up the entire 8 miles. Uphill, downhill, it didn't matter. I ran this faster than recommended, but I decided to go for it since I felt so great. I wanted to really feel how relaxed and happy I was the entire time so I could draw on that feeling during harder runs. My splits reflect the hills:
