Notes

I considered doing a double today, but maybe tomorrow. I spent the extra time this morning cleaning up a juice glass I knocked onto the floor. Oh well, at least now I don't have to clean the kitchen floor on Saturday morning.

I joined the crowd of runners at Maine Running Company for hill repeats and chatted with the owner about the marathon coaching I might be doing this summer, but not too many people showed up. 5 of us, I think. The roads were a mix of dry and easy to run on and so icy and slick that the screw shoes were not even helping much. Of course, the bottom of the hill where you turn to go up it was one of the worst spots traction wise.

I did 2 quick ones (80 seconds and 74 seconds) but just socialized the rest of the time and kept it easy. Risk vs Reward told me that it didn't make any sense to try to go fast; avoiding traffic seemed more important.

Ran 5.4 miles in around 50 minutes or so. Nothing spectacular.
