天气潮热,心想比上次慢10秒可以了,结果实际跑6:20就很吃力,跑完6组感觉没力气了,正好水站歇了10分钟完成后面2组。cool down明显感觉臀肌吃紧。

明天背靠背LT看来也要放慢才行。
