6x800 intervals then did one 100 at the end; beasted this workout but I had to really dig down deep to run the last one at a good speed; very happy with how I did and I know these type workouts will help my times tremendously since I already have a big base! I have improved so much since freshman year when I was running 22:09...it's awesome and I just need to keep trucking to get even faster. I know I have it in me! 2:32.5 average for the six 800s...
