Notes
This run started out fantastic but I had trouble the last 3 miles mentally which really shows in the drop off in my pace. I was just tired of being out there and wanted this run to be over with. Then because I was starting to get upset and wasn't relaxed, I had to take more walk breaks due to my HR going up. Physically it all felt fine but the mental aspect just wasn't there. Physically I felt a lot stronger than the last time I ran 8 miles and I can see that in my pace. The improvements are definately starting to come!!!!!!!!!!!
Work has been rough this week and stressful and I am emotionally drained. I'm sure that has a lot to do with my mental game today.
