Notes
Hilly run. This is the first time I have ran "3 mile loop" twice for a total of 5 miles. The second half mile uphill was tough and I could really feel it in my legs. My right heel is hurting again so no more running for me today. I do feel like I am getting stronger.
I ran a little slower today knowing that I had a good run yesterday and I don't want to overdo it. It felt good to take it nice and easy. My body is also thanking me.
Mile 1 14:18 149 (mostly downhill)
Mile 2 15:47 152 (this mile has the half mile uphill in it)
Mile 3 14:50 151 (mostly down again)
Mile 4 16:00 158 (this was my second time up half mile hill and it shows in my pace...)
Mile 5 15:26 156 (mostly uphill but only super slight incline)
