Notes
I ran 10 x 600 meter segments hard with equal recovery. The first 5 were under control. 3:03, 3:04, 3:07, 3:00, 3:00, 2:55, 2:55, 2:53, 2:55, 2:58.
It was my goal to hit all ten and I did. Amazingly enough, the workout got a lot easier once I started pressing a bit more. I was even able to pick up the recovery pace.
Weird, the heart rate dropped a lot during the faster part of the workout, as well. hmmmmm….
