Easy 4 Miles; Kept it nice and easy to prepare my legs for tomorrow's steady state run. My legs felt fresh at the end of this one. I got rained on most of the way and I got a little payback from mother nature for my good fortune yesterday. Today, wind in my face on mile 2, but no tailwind to speak of on mile 3.
