not a bad morning. Good first hill workout in a while. planned on 6-8x100m hill and did 8. It was really strong and felt good. COuld have pushed it to 10, but ill be doing that in two weeks. Fine by me. Weather was nearly perfect being 11 out it didn't really feel like it once I warmed up.
