good stuff! Told myself to go out easy and not hammer at all..(ha!) I started conservatively but i was feeling good and having all those high school kids think they were so good and macho, didn't make me one bit happy. Needless to say i played with them by running with them and than putting on the gas after a half mile. I think i passed about 20 people by 2.5 miles and i was able to catch a few stragglers. Flat and fast race. If i was in any kind of shape to actually race i think i could have easily broken 16:30, another year. great to run with all the Crow Athletics teammates out there today.
