chose to get a hard workout over suffering through the snow and battling with cars. started off at 8mph and worked up to 10mph by the end. Threw in some hills here and there for variety. great workout, would love to get some harder running in outside but weather (wind and snow covered roads) are going to prevent me from doing that at the moment.
