hot out there. Doing a 5k x-c race tomorrow which should be fun. Only 5 dollars so it really isn't bad at all, good to see where i'm at, at this point in time. In reality i would like to hit a sub 17:30 but i think that mainly depends on the trail and what kinda of runners are out tomorrow, if Some of the umo team is running ill stick to the back of there pack and just see how it goes.
