a nice run with Emily. Breezy and 50defF at the start, warmed up to 55, mostly sunny. into the breeze - Resistance - for miles 1, 2, and 4. Ran up Woodland Rd, hill and that was brutal with the stroller. felt pretty good for the most part. Achilles bothersome but after being warmed up the nagging pain disappeared I need to continue to monitor and work on it.
