Cold and windy Lunch Break Run in Machias. Managment wants us to take our hour lunch, unpaid. So may as well put it to use rather than sitting in the truck or back at the building. Wore the new Trainer 23's. Should have tied them a bit tighter could feel slipping around. Knew I wanted to keep it easy after I ran this morning. First two miles through town then ran a bit of trail and Sunrise Trail for the other 2 miles. Broke trail on the last 2 miles.
