good workout. Supposed to do 4 mile fartlek of 15 seconds on and 1 min off. Went very well i think. Really not very hard, just coasted the minute seemed a little long to me could have been 45 sec to make it interesting but anyhow it was good on the legs and i feeling tired. Tomorrow i want to take it easy, but also get in some miles somewhere between 6-7 miles.
