a really good run. West Medow street was quiet which was nice also. Will and i took it really steady until about the last mile, thats where i dropped the hammer on will. Hitting a sub 6 min mile was a little fun. Though i didn't.
Weather was amazing also, barely any wind which made it really enjoyable out there.
