Gps wonky. I didn’t run that fast 3rd mile...it was a pretty even effort. Started again with a walk with some drills. Helped a little. Pain is much less than just a couple weeks ago. Slow progress. Is the it tape working, calf sleeve or walk? Maybe. Might be a combo of all.
