Good run for the most part. Fild kinda shitty going out fast, i wanted to take an easy day but somehow i couldn't muster the strenght to slow down. Very annoying in part. I also think its time to look for some new shoes. although the ones im wearing now are great, there time is coming realativly soon. I can feel bascailly everything underneath me when i step so with in the next two weeks it will probably be about time.
