really a good run. didn't take a water break until the 8 mile marker. Held on to it until about 10i sh, then tossed. Picked up my camelback elixir solution at 12 miles and held onto it until 14, where i finished it off and went on my way.

The course is hilly, but running on the course is giving me the right idea, and its really good practice.
