A very nice morning to run. Slipped on the tights and head to Rockland and went around and added Lawn Ave. Pretty easy run. I can feel the hills though...gosh...i struggle on them..Don't like that at all.
At the moment my ankle is a little ...idk...soar i suppose.. I'm gonna ice it of course.
