very sore this AM. Really poor sleep too but better than Friday night into the race wehre I only got like 4hrs! Partially blamed on the bed but also normal marathon post race soreness prevented comfortable sleep. After my 40min walk I walked another hour or so with Candace along the beach on Sullivan's Island really slowly but my legs were pooped. Calves tights too, very tight. no foam rolling yet. Tuesday I'll start to foam roll/massage more. Gotta have patience.
