Notes

Almost bailed after 3 repeats. Sucked it up and ran 2 miles at MP. Threw in some short climbs at 2-4%. I think i would have felt better overall on the mile repeats if i have run yesterday. The MP miles felt easy...Sunday's long run with GMP miles should be a breeze in one sense..looks good on paper at least.
