a nice long run. hands cold through 12 miles than warmed up nicely after i opened up to a faster pace. had about 16oz of Gatorade. no gu's. thought about putting in some marathon pace miles, but with this being a heavy mileage week, highest ever (2nd week in a row), i thought it was best to just knock out the miles and save the heroics for another day.
