Notes

Considering the week that i just ran and the week before that I'll take this time easy. The last week or so i really didn't do so much of anything easy, it was all hard paced and i wanted to work hard. Leading into the race today in Camden, my left Achilles was a little tight, or twinged from something.

As for the race, it was quite hilly. It started about a mile and half away from the Y, and ran along the water, then led into the woods and came back to the Y. During the 1st mile there really wasn't much of any hills, and i could have gone out faster, but i didn't want to kill myself. The 2nd mile was hills, or hill i should say. Probably a 400 meter hill, and a long gradual slope upward. No downhills on this one. the 3rd mile was a little downhill then a a long uphill finish to the Y. This course defiantly wasn't a PR one, but it could have been if i had been rested just a a little more. Happy with the last mile split. Shows I can work hard at the end and i do have it. Now to work on the middle mile.

The plan is now to run the 7.5 tomorrow, then hold off racing wise till the Marshall point 5k, which will be a first for me.
