Achilles was bothering, but not painful enough to stop me from running. ice and mineral ice has helped, plus running i think is starting to loosen it up. Still taking it wicked slow the next week though. nothing more than 5 miles if i feel up for it. I want to try and stay away from the treadmill as much as possible, but when the streets, weather, school and work get in the way it's a bother.
