really went to fast today. Goal for next week is easy easy running. I want to feel good again and my legs are at the point of being tired. It is i know 80 miles in two weeks, but i know it will get better also.

My right achilles was really tight today.

My feet took some time warming up

Tomorrow morning i want to do a 2-3m easy run with not worrying about pace one bit.
