Notes
Finally some meat and potatoes. After 6hrs of lawn mowing my body needed something. Never felt fluid during the 400s (something i want to work on) but the 1000's felt awesome. First 400 was 1:25 (both) picked it up for the second 400 (through 800 in 2:47 for both) then picked it up. Much work to do..and gotta start getting in more tempo and miles...focus baby, focus!
