Notes
It was a really nice race down in friendship. Foggy Morning which made it cool.
I hit the first mile in 5:35 which was way to fast i believe. It was mostly flat and downhill for the first then started going up on the 2nd and just continued until mile 3, then it was flat finish. I didn't see 2 and 3 so i was not pushing myself as hard as i wanted to. I regret it now.
