blah mile. sucked without the music but the rain was fun.
supposed to do 2xmile at 5:15 but i turned it into 1x mile followed by the 4x400 then another mile at 5:15.
Felt blown away by the end of that mile so i took the 3 min break and did the 4x400 with no problem at all.
