Knee is absolutely killing me. sitting in the truck this morning than after the run surely didn't help. With every step during the long run on Sunday past 10 miles or so pain came from my knee. Gave myself yesterday off to get the swelling down but after a mile the pain returned. Stretched a little bit to see if that would help, and it seemed like it did for a bit than the pain came back. SIGH. Fun to run in a new place. Rail trail, pretty boring but good to have some open pavement especially or the knee. I'm totally pissed right now cause i had a decent couple of weeks at 50 and it seems like I've been struggling since, part of it is no motivation and the other part, well IDK..I just need to register for a couple of races. At this point I don't even want to register for a marathon. Call it good with a few Halfs this spring. Play with speed and 5k/10k this summer than hit it up with a Solid Fall Marathon. It'd be over a year without a marathon, how pathetic.
