Started off fast. Kinda pissed at myself allowing myself to do so. Just went with it. After 5 miles I started to throw in some in and out's. My outs were 1/2 mile, remarkably the same time for both of them. The last one I started off earlier, which was stupid should have taken the full rest as planned. (well it wasn't planned whatever). Fell apart on that last repeat with the sharp rollers for the last mile, just threw it out the door. Form was falling apart also so I bagged it and Took it easy for the last mile. First decent 'workout' in forever. I call it progress.
