Not really a planned workout. Didn't feel like a progression 8 miler so i hit the track as punishment of sorts. Dam Football practice or something going on made the inside lanes crowded a few times. 4x800 with 2x400. Started off with 400 recoveries but that soon turned into 1:40 rests and about a minute or so for the 400's. Felt alright, they didn't feel all that hard but the legs are kinda dead feeling. I think I might skip the long run this weekend and run whatever i feel like.
