really nice day out. Brittany bike along with me. We decided that we are going to put together a trail race, two of them actually for Septemeber. were trying to get together a sponsor and find the right trails, whcih we did today.
The trails were pretty rough and nothing something i would enjoy one bit running on. Im hoping i can find something better. She thinks using the Trails out in Demeritt are better then using the one's near the Fitness Center.
really nice day out and finally got to get some good miles in at the end. Legs really were not to bad after yesterday.
