Hot but not so humid and the shade found in Moosehorn made the heat tolerable. Both kids are sick and now I have a scratchy throat but that didn't seem to really affect me during the run. First day with the whoop device. Left knee fine. Left Achilles ok ish. Hot tub for 15min.
