Here was the plan.

20x200

4 sets of 5

1st set - 800 pace 33-34

2nd set- 1600 pace 36-38

3rd set- 3200 pace 83-40

4th set- 1600 pace 36-38

It was really easy to hit the 800 pace but extremely hard for the rest of it. very easy compared to other 20x200's that we have done in the past. Probably too easy...
