3 mi total in 17;57; 5:58avg Hm- 10k, 5k 3x1 mi first repeat I felt good felt like it went off a little fast. Two minutes went by really quick the 10K 1 mile repeat felt comfortably hard possibly a little too hard for 10 K pace. The last repeat was again a little fast for 5K pace. Right knee felt fine during the work out and find afterward. Right hip and hamstring tight.
