Quads are feeling a bit beat up from I don't know what, maybe this whole right foot, left foot thing they call jogging. Loki and I went up pretty hard Fourth Lake Rd and my heart rate shows that. The 194 high was an error in part of it slipping down my chest. Turned around at 5 miles down farm cove rd. Would love to get all the way down to the dam but I think that would be another 2 miles easily. Coming back on Fourth Lake Rd only saw 4 ATV's. Quiet fall day and windy.
