2x7min, 3x2min with 1min rest. The 7-minute repeats we're supposed to be about threshold pace or 5:55 to 6 minutes and the 2 minute efforts at VO2 max about 5:30 pace. With map of course so there's a little fast at times as he dragged me in a little slower at times as I had to work with the leash around my waist. Pleased to be back in the swing of things. Although the 2-minute repeats felt really hard the last 30 seconds especially I was glad to get it in too. I'm going to retire the speed threes as of this run I have my fours on the way and my ankle was bothering me a little bit this entire run but did not bother me yesterday in the cliftons.
