very cool and windy run today. Had to get out early due to school project going on this afternoon. Felt good on the run, wanted to warm up so i hit a first fast mile, then i was already feeling good, so i picked it up some more and just coasted the rest of the way on the trails. Felt very nice to get in some miles and also the temperature was just about right for running today.
