good run. I wanted to go easier on Witch Hole, but it was closed by Park Rangers, so i did Eagle lake. Took the first two miles really easy and surpingingly didn't feel all that bad when i sped up. The pain in my right leg was bareable but it didn't kill to bad.
I did 10 minutes of abs after then a good stretching routine to try and loosen up a bit. Tomorrow i want to try and get my track workout that missied and get it in. i think i should do it.
