Wrong shoes for the workout. Would have like something lighter. Although the sunrise trail is flattish the dirt doesn’t make it ideal with all the loose gravel. 2x1.5 mi with 3min recovery. The first mile was ok going than slight uphill was difficult. The return repeat started downhill. Felt ok, not great. Considering I’ve been lazy this week, I’ll take it. Hope to get one tempo run in a week.
