2 unplanned off days..whoops 😬...no motivation to get frozen in subzero temps this morning, nor battle with the ice life out there. Workout went as planned, took a few strides in the warm up to loosen up, after the first two I settled in and felt smoothish. Emily and I chatted during the last two reps about school, friends and the town she was working on next to me. "daddy when are you going to stop."
