Another great run today. tempo out on the roads in rockland right after soccer. did a 5 min warmup followed by 4x7min pickups with 2:30 recovery. I think that recovery was just right. I felt ready to go for another after that. I followed the pickups with a 6 min cool down.
I can't belive fall is here, it has been chilly, but today was nice actually.,
