easy cool down on the turf. Got some good chuckles out of a kid (my age i suppose) with Vibrams running 380's (yes, not 400's, what the hell?!???) than collapsing on the ground for a few seconds, gets up, runs a 80m sprint or a 180 sprint. He never actually ran a full 100, 200 of 400...I didn't get it...poor guy was trying i guess.
