very easy run. after having food poisoning from Sunday night into Monday night, i woke up feeling better but not fully. Achilles feeling better as well, stretching it has certainly helped. After 1/2 mile it felt warmed up a bit and a little better. by the end of the run much better. looking forward to getting 100% better health wise and tossing this Achilles thing out the window and possibly running a PR this coming weekend at the half, or make a good effort at it.
