Called it quits. The downhill pounding the last 3 miles of the Caddy adventure really pounded my quads. Plus having that cut (which isn't getting much better..it'll take time) probably made me compensate some, Aggravating and using my left quad more than my right, thus why the left is pretty beat up. Good idea doing this before BOF on Sunday, eh..probably not. Fun oh yea...Small foam roller session afterwards..another tonight before bed..now onto Chemistry..damn it..
