Originally planned on 5 mile tempo but i knew after coming home 6min pace wasn't going to happen for 4 or 5 miles. Decided on in and out 400's. 5k pace and Marathon pace?? (approximately). Legs feel ok but on the sluggish side.
Two solid workouts in 3 days is awesome! Interesting workout...bet your legs were all kinds of confused.
