1 walk and run/ walk again. A couple of 2minute segments. Still hesitant about any kind of speed. I think the pain and tightness will come right back. Bought a MOBO Board in hopes to strengthen feet which in turn will hopefully help leg tightness as other muscles are compensating for weakness elsewhere.
